Grace-Filled Parenting
The only indicator of Good Parenting is effort. Because it is so hard to be a parent in 2026. Luke 15 tells us of a father whose sons are not making good choices, not being caring, not obeying, not being good. This father reminds these children that while their poor choices can cause serious consequences, their belonging to Him is never in peril. Let's find calm amidst the chaos. Let's stop making decisions based on our fears and frustrations, but rather through our purpose and calling as parents.
ADHD Parenting in the Real World
ADHD is a developmental disorder, which means your kids' brains are developing differently from their peers. This is why the strategies that work for other kids don't work for them. You need to understand what is happening in your kid's brain, what they need to support their development, and ways to manage impulsivity and executive dysfunction that can be implemented tonight. You need a real plan. Let's make one together.
Parenting/Coaching Mentally Healthy Athletes
Kids love athletics, teams, and competing, but they long for belonging. If they believe their belonging is tied to their performance or to the wins and losses, they will eventually feel overwhelmed with anxiety, frustration, and burnout. As parents, coaches, and leaders, we must find calling in creating belonging for kids that is outside of their performance. The challenges of sport become meaningful, purposeful, and developmental if we intentionally communicate that their value is always inherent.
